Tron Legacy
Tron Legacy the Original Tron was one of the greatest movies of all time for the time everyone can agree the special effects and the story line brought you in sat you down and asked you if you wanted some pie.To give you some back story. When Flynn hacks the mainframe of his ex-employer to prove his work was stolen by antoher executive, he finds himself on a much bigger adventure. Beamed inside by a power-hungry MASTER CONTROL PROGRAM, he joins computer gladiators on a deadly game grid, complete with high-velocity "Light Cycles" and Tron (a specialized security program). Together they fight the ultimate battle with the MCP (Master Control Program) to decide the fate of both the electronic world and the real world!
Now for the back story of the new movie TRON: LEGACY is a 3D high-tech adventure set in a digital world that's unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (GARRETT HEDLUND), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (JEFF BRIDGES), looks into his father's disappearance and finds himself pulled into the digital world of Tron where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin's loyal confidant Quorra (OLIVIA WILDE), father and son embark on a life-and-death journey of escape across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.
You ask what this lone movie critic gave this movie well i needed help yes yes i know the great Dan The Movie Man needed help The rating i gave this movie is
$$$$$$$$ dollars out of 10
Why you may ask is because me and my friend Mike G saw this movie in the 3D glory and said in all it was great special effect and the story line was ok but what needed work out of it all was the plot it had to to many plots. One plot was getting the program out to save the world ok good plot stick with that. the second was Flynn recombining with his program and blowing up the grid still great plot. The last plot witch Mike G and Me didn't get at all was Flynn and his son trying to save the grid and all the programs with his disc ok good butt still don't get if he has all this power as a user why did he wait so so long to use it? The reason why its only gets 8 dollars out of 10 is because it was way to long the movie was about 2 hours for what they said in the movie and the story line it would of been a better hour and a half movie.
In conclusion I'm Dan The Movie Man bring you The Cheap Movie Spot Light and i'm be be be Thats All Folks.

Social Security Disability
Ok i promised myself in never never ever make a review about this but i'v had enough got got to vent and oh by gosh what better place to vent the a inter web Blog lol. First off i'd like to say the United States Government is our friend and the Easter Bunny and Santa claws are real and by the way everyone who plays the mega mill's tomorrow will win lol . Anyway I'd like to start of by saying i'v been trying and trying to get SSDI for 3 years now and i'v made no head way with this at all. I can't work because i have a bone infection in both my feet. I'v lost a good 78% of my bone marrow and my bones in my feet are like glass and they hurt to stand on for more then 5 mins at a time. Ok to start i think waiting 3 years for this money is a little much to say the least i'm getting sued by countless credit card companies telling me to pay them or i go to jail. I'v tried to tell them why i can't pay them right now and they don'y give a flying horse's ass. I'd be better off getting money from a loan shark then these loving credit card people at least i wouldn't get 25 calls a day.
SSDI is short for Social Security Disability Income its when you're no longer able to work and they give you a steady income of money to pay for food and a place to live. I myself have paid into it since i'v been 14 and i'm sorry i did because now when i need that 150 bucks they take a week from my check they won't give it back. It's that nice of them thats like loaning you're best friend money and him saying well sorry i know it's you're money but you can't have it when you need it isn't that just top bad.
How the loving Government treats us isn't rite at all i need that money i have so many med's and doctor bills to pay for it's not funny. I need to also go to a therapy doctor but thats 150 a visit and well i'd love to go but i don't have money to pay for it and Medicare doesn't cover doctors like that. I'v fighting a losing battle and I don't see any light at the end of this tunnel. I'v spent nights and days sitting up in my bed almost in tears because i'm running out of time and options so my parents are going to money out of this house i'll be on the street in the cold. I'm in tears must of the times and I should be worried if i'm going to be getting better not this bull. Uncle Sam better Help me soon or i'm going to set up a tent in the Social Security building and say look i have no place to go and no money at all to live so i'v come here to rot and die i hope you don't mind.
I Wonder who decides these thing a monkey with a dart board i bet you because i know people that get headaches that got approved i think that not fare i'm losing my feet i don'y have to much longer with them. i'd like to get some money to get a place of my own and be happy I'm depressed like 76% of the day i feel as if killing myself is a great idea because it would be less of a burden on my parents and everyone around me and some people who say there friend only see dollar signs when they see me and no no i'm not saying thats all my friend i got some great friend who do care about me. I'm talking about people from my past life. I say past life because i'v died in the hospital for 1 min so my past life had people who used me for money and a car. Ok i'm going to give you some background on what SSDI is.
The Social Security and Supplemental Security Income disability programs are the largest of several Federal programs that provide assistance to people with disabilities. While these two programs are different in many ways, both are administered by the Social Security Administration and only individuals who have a disability and meet medical criteria may qualify for benefits under either program.
For Social Security Disability purposes, to be considered disabled a person must have an impairment, either medical, psychological, or psychiatric in nature. The disabled person's impairment must also meet the definition of disability which essentially states that the impairment must be severe enough that it keeps the person from working, and earning above a certain amount, for at least twelve months.
In detail, what does this really mean, as far as the Social Security Administration is concerned?
First, a person's medical records must indicate the presence of an impairment, or several impairments, either physical or mental in nature.
Second, the impairment must be severe enough that it prevents a disabled individual from working, or, if they continue to work, prevents the person from earning more than $900.00 each month. This amount is referred to by the social security administration as SGA, or substantial gainful activity. It is important to note that this amount is before taxes.
Third, the impairment must last at least twelve calendar months, or be projected to last that long.
Therefore, applicants for Social Security Disability should realize the following:
A claimant may fit the definition of disability and be considered eligible for Social Security Disability on the basis of one impairment, or on the basis of several impairments. But the condition must be severe enough to significantly affect the ability to work. This means the impairment must last at least twelve months, or be expected to last that long. It also means that while "back conditions" usually fall into the severe category, "wrist and ankle sprains" seldom qualify as severe disabling conditions.
A disabled individual may be working when they apply for Social Security Disability, and may continue to work even after they have been approved---as long as they do not earn more than the SGA amount. The SGA amount changes periodically, but currently it is $900.00 per month. It is important to remember this is a gross income amount, i.e. before taxes have been deducted.
A person earning more than the SGA amount who applies for Social Security Disability or ssi benefits will, essentially, be denied the same day without having their impairments or medical records even considered. This is referred to as a "technical denial".
The specific answer to Question One, however, is this: in the eyes of the Social Security Disability and ssi programs, a person is considered disabled when:
They have a severe impairment that has lasted, or will last, twelve months.
They are unable to perform work (work they have done in the past) while earning in excess of $900.00 per month.
They are unable to perform other types of work, typically work related to their past work (for example, a car mechanic might be expected to switch to motorcycle engine repair if the job duties are similar enough).
When a Claimant passes this litmus test, they are considered disabled and eligible for Social Security Disability or ssi benefits.

To finish up on this up Some tips people gave me that kinda helped me here there are for all to enjoy
- Regardless of what anyone tells you, it's good advice, if you are disabled and unable to work, to pursue a claim for Social Security disability, or ssi based on disability, and get it filed immediately. Reason: disability claims can take a very long time to process. This isn't true in all cases, but it is in most. Unfortunately, many claimants for disability benefits have experienced severe problems and hardship simply because they had no idea how long the process would be, and only realized when it was too late that they should have filed an application much much sooner.
- If you are denied on your Initial Claim, it's good advice to get an attorney or non attorney Representative to provide representation and help you with your claim for continuing and past due benefits (back pay). Reason: the way the disability system works, a claimant will, typically, either be approved on an initial application...or will be forced to follow the appeal route, at least to the point where their case is brought before an Administrative Law Judge at a social security disability hearing. This is not always the case, but it is generally a predictable rule of thumb (*reconsiderations usually have a much higher rate of denial than initial claims--and initial claims are denied 60 to 70 percent of the time, depending on the state in which you filed. For this reason, most claimants will have to go to a hearing if they hope to be approved--and going to a hearing unrepresented is foolish).
- If you think you may have problems doing the paperwork for your social security disability Claim, take some advice and find qualified assistance immmediately. An extraordinary number of persons who apply for benefits, or file an appeal following a denial, fail to properly complete their paperwork, or fail to submit their forms in a timely manner (*all appeals for disability must be filed within 60 days of the date of the last denial).
- Be prepared to wait a very very very very long long time for any and all news on you're clam SSDI people take there dam time on doing anything to help you like i'v been waiting 3 years.
Ok i might add more as i get more news but for now know that you're Government loves and cares for you and they don't care if you have to live on the street as long as they get paid. not really a movie review but that's Cheap Movie Spot Light reviewing our Government they get no $ out of 10 dollars cause they suck I'm Dan The Man Signing Off...
Gulliver's Travels
The Cheap Movie Spot Light
Todays review
Gulliver's Travels
It gets $$$ out of 10 Dollars.
First of id like to say this movie had it's good and bad points to it mainly bad points :-P
I would of just gave it a two dollar sign rating but for this one scene that mad me want to cry.
not give to much away tho Gulliver's Travels recounts the story of Lemuel Gulliver, a practical-minded
Englishman trained as a surgeon who takes to the seas when his business fails. In a deadpan first-person
narrative that rarely shows any signs of self-reflection or deep emotional response, Gulliver narrates the
adventures that befall him on these travels.
On his first voyage, Gulliver is washed ashore after a shipwreck and awakes to find himself a prisoner of a race of people one-twelfth the size of normal human beings, less than 6 inches (15 cm) high, who are inhabitants of the neighbouring and rival countries of Lilliput and Blefuscu. After giving assurances of his good behaviour, he is given a residence in Lilliput and becomes a favourite of the court. From there, the book follows Gulliver's observations on the Court of Lilliput. Gulliver assists the Lilliputians to subdue their neighbours the Blefuscudians by stealing their fleet. However, he refuses to reduce the country to a province of Lilliput, displeasing the King and the court. Gulliver is charged with treason and sentenced to be blinded. With the assistance of a kind friend, Gulliver escapes to Blefuscu, where he spots and retrieves an abandoned boat and sails out to be rescued by a passing ship which safely takes him back home. The Building of residence that Gulliver is given in Lilliput is of note, as in this section he describes it as a temple in which there had some years ago been a murder and the building had been abandoned.
Now getting to the part why i think you're better of not seeing this on the big screen is while Jack Black is a great and funny actor in this movie he lacks any and all acting skills. With this movie
i'm sorry to say the great and mighty Jack Black falls short of anything stupid one liners and his
over all acting in this film falls short of any plot i'v read the book more then once and i most say
I like the book much better for you money you should go to the local book store and pick it up for 6 bucks rather then spending the 12 bucks it cost you to see this horrible movie. do you're self a favor and buy the book read it and then rent this movie and you will see what i'm talking about. It seems as if they just copied and pasted some lines from the book and then randomly decided to say the hell with it and rewrite the book to there liking. For my money the book is better and more worth the money then this movie. Get the book and sit down and have a good read on. Thats why this movie gets $$ dollars out of 10 and that is that from The Cheap Movie Spot Light i'm Dan The Man and i'm turning the out the lights on this Cheap movie enjoy all and Stay tuned for more review as i watch them...
